Overview
RunsheetPro is for the people actually running the show. The team builds a runsheet together, then hands it to everyone through a single QR code. No accounts needed for viewers.
The hard part is time
Live events never go to plan. That's sort of the point. The tricky part is timing. A segment scheduled for 9:00 actually kicks off at 8:45, and right away your whole team should see the real current and upcoming times, recalculated from when things truly happened. Too many shows these days still run off an Excel spreadsheet. RunsheetPro makes it easy to add or subtract time from each segment and see the real implications on following segments.
There is also a stage display for speakers to see so they know how much time they have left per segment and for the operator to send messages.
Status
The site is live and ready for customers. I am using this as an opportunity to learn about marketing, which I feel I highly underestimated. If you know someone who'd be interested in this technology, please share it. I will try and update this in a few months once I have poured some serious time into marketing and gotten my first customers.
